How to buy
We create all our lighting designs to order, making each piece by hand in-house in our London studio. This enables us to work closely with our clients to understand and fulfil individual requirements.
Send us an email via [email protected] with as much of the follow information as possible:
We will provide you with a quotation based on the information supplied. Once you are happy with all the details and we have discussed and confirmed any custom details we will then issue a pro forma invoice with shipping costs. For this we will require a company name & contact name, invoice address and delivery address if different.
A 50% deposit is required on receipt of pro forma invoice, with the balance payable two weeks prior to dispatch.
All our products are made to order with lead times starting from 6 weeks. A specific lead time will be worked out based on your order details and will be confirmed on invoice once your order is placed.
If your order is urgent please do let us know and we will always try to accommodate your project requirements.
Please note during busier times of year lead times may increase by 2 to 3 weeks.
Colour Swatches & Fabric Samples
It’s not always easy to see colours on a screen, we would always advise ordering a colour swatch pack before making your colour choice. Simply email [email protected] with your postal address and contact name to request a swatch send out.
Crocheted fabric samples can also be purchased on request. When ordering please specify colour and weight; single ply, two ply or three ply.
We have a small showroom area in our East London studio just off Lea Bridge Road, where we display a changing variety of our product range. Visiting is by appointment only so please email or ring in advance to make sure someone will be available to help you.
We also participate in design shows in London and further afield, sign up to our mailing list to receive our newsletter updates on our show program and events dates
We offer a custom design service in addition to our standard collections. Often this process will involve taking elements from one of our pre-existing designs playing with scale or texture. If you require a completely new bespoke design we will be happy to work closely with you to realise this vision.
